Claire Mitchell, Executive Director
Claire’s journey to Brave Harvest began with an interest in gardening and a passion for cooking. She has been involved in gardening and cooking education since 2007, and has taught youth and adults through the Windy City Harvest Youth Farm in Chicago, Green Industries Institute in Monticello, FL, Ten-Speed Greens Urban Farm in Tallahassee, FL, and through numerous community and school garden programs. She is an overzealous home cook and loves using fresh veggies in new recipes.
